Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Requirements for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Hygiene seals must be intact for applicable items

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

How to Return

Step 1: Contact our customer service team to initiate your return and receive a return authorisation number.

Step 2: Pack your items securely in the original packaging and include your order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Important: We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. ActiveFitUK is not responsible for items lost in transit.
